The email reports section of the eMarketing module provides detailed reports on all eMarketing emails that have been sent. The reports indicate every contact that received, opened, and clicked links in your emails.
Click the menu button to access different email reports.
The eMarketing Dashboard report summarises all the emails sent between the “From” and “To” dates and sent by the selected staff. Note that the sender is the staff member who clicked the send button to send the email, not the staff member who appears in the “from” field of each email sent.
Use the buttons on the right to view details on each email.
Click the “Hot Properties” button to list the most clicked listing links in an email. You can expand each listing to see which recipients clicked it, and when.

Click the “Clicked Link” to open the link that the recipient clicked.
Click the “View Report” button to view the detail report for an email. This report lists all the email recipients and their interactions with the email.
The “Opens” count indicates how many times the recipient has opened the email.
Some email applications block images or tracking pixels, preventing opens from being counted. Contacts with 0 opens may have opened the email.
The “Clicks” count indicate the number of links in the email that the contact has clicked. Clicking the same link on multiple occasions counts as multiple clicks.
The “Bounced” column indicates recipients who did not receive the email. There can be various reasons that cause an email to bounce, including.
Invalid email address.
The recipient’s mailbox is full.
The recipients email server is down or offline.
The recipients email server has received too many emails during a period.
Depending on the bounce reason the eMarketing system will automatically retry bounced emails for several days, so recipients marked as bounced may receive the email later, removing the bounced label.
If multiple emails bounce over a period of a week or more then that contact is automatically opted out of eMarketing.
The “Spam” column indicates recipients who have marked the email as Spam in their email application, or their email application or server has marked the email as Spam itself. These contacts are automatically opted out of eMarketing.
The “Unsubscribed” column indicates recipients who clicked the “Unsubscribe” link in this email, and unsubscribed from one or more contact lists, or opted out of any eMarketing.
Click the + icon to view all the interaction a recipient has had with the email.
The contents of the detail report can be exported to an excel file by clicking the export icon.

Two days after sending an eMarketing email MultiArray will send a “48 Hours eMarketing Report” to staff member(s) that the email was sent from. These reports can also be viewed from the 48 Hour eMarketing Report section of Email Reports.
The emailed report can be enabled or disabled a staff member using the “Accept eMarketing Internal Statistical Reports” option in the Staff details form. MultiArray can disable the emailing of the 48-hour email report for all staff in your agency upon request.
The unsubscribed log lists all the contacts who have unsubscribed, re-subscribed, or opted in or out of eMarketing.
The reason column will indicate if the subscription change was made by the contact from the subscription management page, by your agency in Real Estate Manager, or automatically due to multiple email bounces or the contact list settings.
