Settlement Confirmed

Some agencies have multiple staff working on different tasks and so it is important to know if Settlement date has actually been confirmed or if the Settlement date in the system is a “proposed” settlement date.

The new “Settlement Confirmed” Check box allows users to mark the contract as “Settlement Confirmed” when the mutual parties advise that the date of settlement has been booked.

Users can also search all contracts for those which have or have not been confirmed by using the Settlement Confirmed Filter in the main Contract Grid. This search function uses the Settlement Confirmed checkbox on the contract to filter the records.
