We will give you a link unique to your company that you can ask your web provider to create a section ‘Tenant Access’ from your website.
How will the property look on the tenant portal?
The photo of the property can be added under the property card and the main photo will be displayed on the dashboard.
It is therefore advisable to set up these data properly for all your properties before releasing this site to your tenants.
In REM, to help you identify which property images are missing, in the Management Agreement main grid, one of the columns shows the number of images that have been attached to each property.
How do tenants register?
- Your Tenants must go to this site to register, by entering his/her email address and setup a username and password.
- A confirmation email will be sent to the user and the user will need to click on the link in the confirmation email to finalise the registration process.
- Once the user is confirmed, the system will find all properties rented by the tenant with the same email address as the registered user.
What can tenants see from the Dashboard menu?
- Tenants can see the property they are renting, current contact details, and their property manager.
- Under the current payment status the tenant can view their weekly rent, period end date, and partial payment carried, next rent change scheduled date and amount in the system, and any outstanding invoice total due.
- They can view their current lease Start and End dates.
- Tenants can view the last inspection and next inspection date

From here the tenants can print the PDF of any tenant invoice
Documents menu
This will display any document you load into the documents tab of the lease and tick to display on the tenant portal. This can include rent increase letters, lease documents etc.
