About
Included in your property management subscription is access to the landlord/owner's portal.
Owners can see a detailed view of their properties and financial information on one screen and you can provide access to documents:
- Download and Print Statements
- Download and Print Invoices
- View and Download Inspection reports
- View and Download work orders
- View and Download any other documents you have selected to appear on the portal e.g. tenancy agreement, management agreement, etc.
To activate the landlords/owner's portal feature please log a support call support@multiarray.com. We will give you a link unique to your company that you can email to your database and ask your web provider to create a section ‘Landlord Access’ from your website.
Before activating, we recommend that you quickly check the photo of the property, number of bedrooms, and bathrooms, photo of the property manager, and mobile, as this will be displayed on the dashboard.
In RealEstateManager, to help you identify properties missing images: Go to the Management Agreement main grid, one
of the columns shows the number of images that have been attached to each property. The main photo of the property
will be displayed on the dashboard.
How do owners register?
Your landlords/owners go to your company's landlords portal website to
register. A link can be placed on your website by your website administrator. If you are using our eMarketing module an automated email can be sent to invite landlords/owners to the portal.
To register the landlords/owners enter their details. Note the email address must be the email address on their contact card for the property and set up a username and
password.
A confirmation email will be sent to the
user, and they will need to click on the link in the confirmation
email to authorise the registration.
Once the user is confirmed, the system will
find all properties owned by the landlord with the same email address as the
registered user.
A person can register with no properties
under management, the dashboard will contain no data.
A past owner can also register and view
past owner statements and other data.
Can owners allow their accountants access?
If an owner wishes to allow another person, e.g. a partner or accountant to have access to their portal, the third party must register first and send their user name to the owner, to forward to you with their authorisation to add the user.
To add the user:
- Go to Management Agreement > Report Settings > Landlords.com.au Settings.
- Find the user by entering the user name.
- Tick the properties that this third party is allowed to have access to.
