Owners Statement Batches

Here you are able to view owners statements batches that have been previously generate, create new owners statement batches, delete a batch and delete a statement.  

View owners statement batch

To view owners statement batches click on Property Management menu
  
 
Owner Statement Batches menu and click on New Owners Statement Batch
 

 In the search bar, select date created between/and then click find now/


To view the batch, highlight and double click to open the batch.


Create owners statement batch 

Create owners statements allows you to create an owners statement outside the end of month procedure.  
To view owners statement batches click on Property Management menu
  
 
Owner Statement Batches menu and click on New Owners Statement Batch
 
Select: 
  1. Owner statement Group (required field)
  2. Batch end date and / or
  3. Property Managers, then click refresh


The owners statements will appear, select the statements you wish to generate and click save and close.  
Once you click the save and close button to generate the statements selected  This pop up message will appear on your screen. Click the ok menu/function button to continue to the next step of generating PDF documents.


 
 

 
 
The progress bar will commence generating the statements and will disappear as the statements are generated and on completion the following message will appear on your screen.

  
 
  
Click ok to continue to print and email the statements to the relevant owners 
 

Delete a statement or statement batches 

To view owners statement batches click on Property Management menu
  
 
Owner Statement Batches menu and click on New Owners Statement Batch
 
In the search select: 
  1. Select date created between X and X
  2. You may refine your search further by selecting owner groups and created by staff
  3. then click find now



To view the batch, highlight and double click to open the batch in the grid.
  1. To select a group in a row hold down the SHIFT key when selecting/clicking
  2. To select non consecutive records hold down the control key when selecting/clicking 

 
 
To delete the batch follow the steps above to find a statement and double click to open the batch.  Once the batch is opened click on delete batch.
  


To delete one owner statement follow the steps above to find a statement and double click to open the batch, select the owners statement you wish to delete and click on delete statement(s).
