Residential Property Management: Enhanced Lease Renewal Confirmation

Residential Property Management: Enhanced Lease Renewal Confirmation

Feature Overview

The lease renewal process in Residential Property Management now includes an updated lease details confirmation that aligns the lease terms with the tenant’s rent frequency.

How It Works

To support the new Automated Lease Renewal feature, the lease renewal confirmation box has been revised. When entering a new lease or renewing an existing one:

  • The confirmation box will display the lease period based on the rent frequency assigned to the tenant.
  • The system defaults to the lease terms configured in your department settings.
  • For example, if a tenant is set up for monthly rent, the lease will automatically display a 12-month term.

Example

See the updated confirmation box below for a visual guide.

This improvement ensures lease terms accurately reflect rent frequency, enhancing the renewal process efficiency.
