Cents Per Kilometre

You now have the ability to add a flat $ value amount in Step 5 (Wages) of processing payroll. Should you have any employees who you pay car usage on a Per Kilometre you now have the ability to enter a new Wage line in Periodic Payments called Cents per kilometre.




When selecting Cents per Kilometre in the employees Entitlements page leave the amount set to $0.00 and select the appropriate taxation method as application to the employee.

 During the next Pay run the Cents per Kilometre entitlement line will appear as $0.00 for you to add the value of the total amount payable to the employee.
