Employee Expense Reimbursement in Payroll

A new feature to allow reimbursement of employee expenses has been added to the payroll module.  Click here for the user guide for full details.

Automated Lease Renewal Module New Feature

Once a lease renewal has been completed, in the New Lease section allows user to create new lease using what has been negotiated.

New Communication Reasons for Automated Reminder Trigger Dates


New communication reasons for the landlord and tenant have been added under the communication contacts box.

For the landlord the new communication reason is ‘management agreement start date’ – see below.



This allows a reminder trigger date to be set up for critical dates to invite the owner to register for the landlord portal after the agreement has started.

For the tenancy the 2 new reasons are- ‘tenancy start’ and ‘tenancy vacating notice’. These reason allow you to set up new critical dates to SMS or email the tenant vacating information or invitations to join the tenant portal under your critical dates



 

Listing Images Widget

The image widget has now changed to be able to drag and drop images to re-order them.

The image sequence runs across the page with images 1-5 appearing on the top line.


eMarketing Listing Information Widget

In eMarketing, the Listing Information widget has the ability to enter a custom link (or no link). This gives users the ability to link properties to custom pages or have no link at all if applicable. *Please ensure if you are entering a custom website link that https:// is entered before the URL otherwise we have found issues with it displaying correctly in the new version of Outlook.
