Data Storage and Recovery

  1. Data Location: All active subscriber data is stored within the MultiArray Real Estate Manager Databases, which are hosted on the Microsoft Azure platform.
  2. Geographic Redundancy: To ensure data availability and fault tolerance, our databases are geo-replicated across two geographically separate data centers located in Sydney and Melbourne.
  3. Point-in-Time Recovery: We maintain a comprehensive data recovery strategy. In the event of data loss or corruption, our system allows for the recovery of any database to any point in time within the previous 7 days. This feature ensures that we can quickly restore data to a specific historical state, minimizing potential disruptions caused by data incidents.

Our commitment to data integrity and availability is paramount, and this backup policy serves as a foundation for safeguarding our critical subscriber data.
