Expense Recovery Refund

The Expense Recovery Refund function will enable a company to put some of the advertising ‘Expense Recovered’ money, that has been drawn out, back to the trust against a listing.

Note:  Money can only be returned to Trust if expenses recovery has been to the company.

  1. From the trust account menu select New Advertising Receipt
  1. Search and select the listing for the refund.
  1. From the Advertising Receipt form select  - Returning some of Expense Recovered
  1. Select Yes if you wish to return some of the expenses recovered to the Trust account for this listing.
  2. The Payer will be the Company.  Enter the date, any notes required and the amount to be returned to Trust.
  1. Save and close.
  2. Transfer the money from your General account back to the Trust account
