Please also make sure you are running a compatible version of windows and that you are using the latest .NET Framework 4.8 from Microsoft.


Supported Windows Versions

Windows Client versions:
Windows 10 version 1607 or greater and Windows 8.1
Windows Server versions:
Windows Server 2019, Windows Server version 1809, Windows Server version 1803, Windows Server version 1709, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1.
If you are great, simply check if you also have the latest .NET and if not, click this link to download .NET 4.8.
If not, please contact your IT Manager or System Administrator to upgrade your PC to a compatible version of Windows. Microsoft's guide to upgrading is available here.
